In May, while spending a rainy day with a friend of mine from Italy, i stumbled on Arden Gallery on Newbury Street - there i found the art of Sebastian Picker. In his golden brown hue paintings i saw my own thoughts and feelings reflected back at me. There is something comforting and sad about his art. It was very much to my liking. Here is a sampling - one of my favorite paintings - it reminded me of my reaction to what occurred a few days ago in Beslan, Russia.
