The Next CD I'm Buying Is...

I Am A Bird Now by Antony and the Johnsons. I heard snippets of the cd on NPR this morning and instantly fell in love. Apparently i'm kind of late on this bandwagon of accolades, but what i heard this morning was so gorgeous, familiar and yet new that i can't stop thinking about. Thus the blog. He crosses gospel like music with rock/punk. Oh and lucky New Yorkers he is playing at Carnegie Hall on Thursday.
