Time Waster or Great Learning Tool?

You decide. So I was sad to learn that American students don't know shit about world geography. My own deep dark secret is that I too, am not great at geography. Sure I can find Iraq and I know the European continent and most of Asia, but besides Egypt, South Africa, and Cote d'Ivoire I'm pretty much lost as far as the Africa goes. So when a former colleague pointed me to the geography game I rejoiced at the learning possibilities (and lost two hours of my life). Try it, it's fun!
