For the past few weeks it seems like everyone has been dying. Not a day goes by without someone well known or admirable (or sometimes both) being announced to be dead. Tonight it was the writer, Saul Bellow. Steve Silver mentioned in a post that his blog is resembling an obituary page. Well between the famous and familial its been rough.
I know that death is part of life. But sometimes death needs a vacation. I suggest a good time would be now. (I'm so in the mood to watch The Seventh Seal and drink cheap red wine while comteplating my next chess move.)
