It's been a long time since i agreed with my sister, vremyavpered, on an issue that concerns laws/politics/government (which makes me sad, since we used to agree much more in the past). So it made me really happy when i clicked on Alisa's post about a new "progressive" law being passed in Rome, Italy and saw my sister arguing against the moronic idea of passing legislation banning fish bowls on the basis of it being a cruel practice. Let me repeat that, if you own a fish bowl with a gold fish in it you are considered a criminal in Rome.
